Zakat assistance

If you are facing hardship, you may apply for Zakat support from Woodlands Islamic Center. Applications are confidential and reviewed by the WIC Zakat Committee.

1. Gather documents

Photo ID, proof of income, bank statements for the last three months, your lease, and recent bills.

2. Apply privately

Complete the form below (about 15–20 minutes). Your answers are saved if anything needs fixing.

3. Committee review

Review usually takes about two weeks after all documents are received. We may contact you or your references.

8 Documents and signature

Photo ID, proof of income, bank statements (last 3 months), lease, and bills. JPG, PNG, or PDF, up to 8 MB each, 10 files at most. You can also bring copies to the office.

I declare that the information in this application is true and complete. I understand that WIC may verify it, contact my references, and that giving false information will end my application. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee assistance.
